Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
By creating a BEO Board account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a venue, you agree on its behalf.
The service
BEO Board is a tool for writing banquet event orders and sharing them with your kitchen and setup crews. It does not take bookings, write contracts, bill your clients, or take payments. Sign-offs and change notes are a convenience: the menu, the guest count, food safety, allergen handling and the event itself remain your venue's responsibility. We aren't responsible for missed changes, food or allergen incidents, lost revenue, property damage, or injuries.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The banquet manager who signed up controls who joins the venue's account and can disable users at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other venues' data.
Plans and billing
- New venues get a 14-day free trial with no card. After it, records stay readable but you can't add or change them until you choose a plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- If a plan lapses, your data stays, but features and staff logins above the Starter plan stop working until you upgrade again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your venue's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability
We work to keep BEO Board running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email banquet managers about material changes. You can stop using BEO Board at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
